He has been associated with the hotel real estate sector in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe for over 18 years. Former Operations Director at Hotel Professionals and Investment Analyst in the Hospitality, Investment and Office department at Colliers International. From 2021, founder and owner of the HIDA consulting agency.
His professional achievements include advising on nearly 500 orders in the preparation of hotel investments, as well as commercialization, negotiation of contracts with global hotel chains and hotel valuations.
He worked for the largest companies in the commercial real estate sector. She has been associated with the operational activities of chain hotels in Poland for almost 20 years. Former General Director of the Campanile hotel in Krakow, as well as Director of Qubus hotels in Krakow
and Katowice and Director for the Qubus network region. As a Consultant, Advisor and Operations Director, she participated in introducing global chain brands (Marriott and Accor) to the Polish market.
In her work, she was particularly responsible for issues related to maintaining the operational profitability of the hotel, including the implementation of solutions in the field of quality control, standards and efficiency indicators, as well as supervision over the implementation of budget, incentive and modernization assumptions in the facility.
At HIDA, he supports investors in the field of optimization solutions for newly opened or already operating hotels. As the Director of Hotel Projects, he works comprehensively on the concept of the hotel project – the distribution of functions in the facility, the development of recreational space, as well as the layout and size of the rooms. In short, it ensures that the hotel project meets the key attributes of attractiveness for future hotel & MICE guests already at the design stage,
and Investors – from the perspective of high profitability of the facility in the coming years.
