Our team
Jacek Tokarski
Founder & Chairman of the Board
He has been active in the hotel real estate sector in Poland and across Central and Eastern Europe for over 18 years. Former Operations Director at Hotel Professionals and Investment Analyst in the Hospitality, Investment and Office Department at Colliers International. Since 2021, he has been the founder and owner of HIDA, a consulting agency specializing in hospitality and real estate advisory.
Throughout his career, he has advised on nearly 500 projects involving hotel investment preparation, commercialization, contract negotiations with leading global hotel chains, and hotel valuations. He has collaborated with some of the largest companies in the commercial real estate sector, including Apsys, Ghelamco, Globalworth, Marvipol, Atenor, Colliers, Griffin, IMS Budownictwo, Golub Gethouse, HB Reavis, White Star, Liebrecht & Wood, Echo Investment, Budizol, Westcomfort, Allenort, Ptak, XCity, Uzdrowisko Ustroń, and Step by Step, among others.

Director of hotel projects
She has nearly 20 years of experience in managing chain hotels in Poland. Former General Manager of Campanile Kraków and Qubus Hotels in Kraków and Katowice, as well as Regional Director for the Qubus network. She contributed to introducing global brands such as Marriott and Accor to the Polish market.
At HIDA, she supports investors in optimizing hotel operations and developing functional, efficient, and guest-oriented hotel concepts that ensure long-term profitability and market appeal.

Przemysław Wiraszka
Director, Investment Services
A professional with over 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, specializing in asset management, investments, development, and finance. He has gained experience at Nhood Services Poland, Hotel Professionals, Xcity Investment, Rezydent Group, and Magnus Group, working across commercial, hospitality, residential, retail, and warehouse projects. At HIDA, he is responsible for financial and investment advisory, supporting clients in the areas of asset management, feasibility studies, project profitability optimization, as well as transactions.
